This place was spot on in the perfect getaway if you want easy access to beach in local restaurants and ice cream shops. Jeff was great in his communication and helping through the process of on boarding and off boarding.

Jeff's place was immaculate and provided amazing beach access. We did not have a problem finding a non-private beach area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and you cannot go wrong picking this place! The towels, beach chairs, and wagon were a game changer if you have to fly!

Cannot recommend this place enough!! We recently stayed with our 15mo and had a blast. The place comes with a pack n play and everything a toddler could desire for beach toys. The place was clean and exactly as described. Loved the location, easy access to beach and pool. The listing noted possible construction noise, but wasn’t an issue at all during our stay.

The condo was perfect for a quick getaway for my wife and I. As we pulled up to the car park security barrier it was obvious the place was super clean and well kept. Communication from the agent was first class, very proactive and friendly. Inside the condo had everything we needed and more !! Overall a great four day stay that’s literally 10 steps to the beach. Jake’s beach service was also on point, zero complaints on the chairs, positioning or set-up. Only slight niggle was the AC unit inside the condo is super noisy at night time. It works good but sounds a bit like a freight train. That asides we would recommend the condo & letting agent and would book again. R

Suzanne’s place, blue Haven, was a wonderful getaway. Close to one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it if you like beautiful surroundings, secluded environment, and quiet setting.

This property was everything we expected and more. The beauty and peacefulness of being on a beachfront without large crowds was just what we were looking for. The restaurant recommendations were spot on! Our host was responsive and helpful. A gem on the panhandle of Florida that I would recommend!

What a great place to stay in 30A! we loved our trip and everything about the house was wonderful and as described. Being in the back of the neighborhood was great as all our views were nature! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great communication!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect close to both seaside and Rosemary beach areas. We rode our bikes to both areas. Conveniently located with walkable distance to private sugar dune beach where we watched the most beautiful sunset. The place was very clean and contained all the amenities we were looking for. I recommend this place.

Jeff was super responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! Great host overall! The house was in a great location, super peaceful, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! I enjoyed everything about this house, nothing but great things to say!!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Jeff was so responsive and answered every question and gave awesome recommendations!! The house was beautiful and even better in person and had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 we definitely want to come back!!
