This place was perfect! Extremely spacious & private! It was close to the beach, many restaurants , and shops. I would definitely book again! The instructions were very clear & they accommodated all our needs!

This house was great for our Bachelorette party! It was extremely walkable to Rosemary and Alys. We were able to use the pool one afternoon. The house itself had so many extras for us like beach towels, a full stocked kitchen, and space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Loved every minute of our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very clean. The location to restaurants, local spots, and fun bike rides was supreme. You can't beat the short walk to the beach! Looking to book next year.

We had a great stay! The house was very well equipped and exactly as pictured/described. Just a couple minute walk to the beach, very close access to coffee shops, ice cream, and shops. They even had games and toys for the kids! We will be back.

We had such an amazing trip! We are a family of eight adults and one 2.5 year old and everyone loved the location and how walkable it was to everything. The pool was right in our backyard and it was just a 10 minute walk to the beach, Rosemary, and Alys. We loved taking the tram to the beach with all our chairs and umbrellas. Jeff and Audra were always responsive and very hospitable throughout the trip, we couldn't recommend better hosts! Thank you so much!!!

WE WILL BE BACK! Perfect location for all things on 30A. 100ish steps to beach access, plenty of beach gear (chairs, towels, speaker, wagon, etc.), beautiful condo inside with everything you could need, very comfortable beds, easy to find and easy to park (which isn't always the case on 30A). Truly can't thank Jeff and team enough for going above and beyond on a few things that we accidently left behind. Overall, it was more than we hoped for, super comfortable and convenient location in the heart of 30A. Again.. we will be back and can't wait to stay here again!

This place is a serious hidden gem. Jeff was one of the most communicative, friendly hosts we’ve ever had. The beach access is amazing. So many spots to choose from and none of them were packed. It was so nice not having to pack our own beach gear since they provided great chairs and umbrellas. The house is beautiful. Tons of space and that bathroom with the big soaking tub and shower was an absolute dream after a day in the sun. The gated neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet too. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect location for my entire family to vacation and feel as if we were at a Greece style seaside resort and can walk safely to coastal shops and restaurants and the beach. Jeff with Five Star Getaways was always so proactive and quickly responded to all my questions about the resort. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful and relaxing experience!

This unit is super close to the beach - about a 60 second walk to pristine white sand. The complex was well maintained. Rental bikes were on site which made it super easy to grab a bike and go to dinner and enjoy the area. The host was excellent. Early check in was available and it was super easy to add two extra nights since the unit was available. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella were all available in the unit. A memorable stay. Would easily rebook this unit for a future visit.
