Drivers must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license and meet the provider’s personal auto-insurance requirements. Your stay includes: • 6 beach chairs • 6 beach towels • 1 beach umbrella • Backpack cooler • JBL Bluetooth speaker PROMINENCE AMENITIES Guests have access to the community’s year-round heated resort-style pool, outdoor pavilions and gas grills. Stay Anchored is conveniently located near Deer Lake State Park, Gulf beaches and The Big Chill, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, entertainment and family-friendly activities.

• Smoking, including vaping, is strictly not allowed anywhere inside the property or on porches. • Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep gatherings quiet and limited to registered guests only. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are allowed—families welcome!

6-Passenger LSV Included: No rental charge. Drivers must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license and meet the provider’s personal auto-insurance requirements. A third-party rental agreement/waiver and $30 non-refundable service fee are required before use. Drivers must follow all Florida and Walton County LSV laws. The LSV may only be operated on roads where legally permitted. PARKING: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted, and HOA parking rules are strictly enforced. BEACH ACCESS: Beach gear is provided for your convenience and includes 6 chairs, 6 beach towels, 1 umbrella, backpack cooler and JBL Bluetooth speaker. Please return all items to the home after each use. COMMUNITY POOL: Guests have access to the Prominence community pool. Pool hours and rules are established by the HOA and are subject to change. HOUSE RULES: The primary renter must meet the minimum age requirement and remain at the property throughout the reservation. No parties or events. Please respect community quiet hours and our neighbors. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement may be required prior to check-in, including acknowledgment of LSV rules and responsibilities.
